The article notes that the loyalty of staff is great interest in science. just as high among management organizations, which not due to simple socio-economic conditions Russian business finds itself. Great also opens up a research problem: programs developed at enterprises do always ensure maintained proper level. This devoted resolution this problem. In it, author proposes set tools for regulating personnel an organization. Tools by themselves have regulatory effect on loyalty. order start functioning, structure needed uses them. As such structure, usually, there are divisions services, sometimes, may be trade union loyal main mission regulates implementation principle: serve one’s company with interest. Such principle unlikely ever fully realized. But very important social landmark company, it necessary employees. At same time, like any landmark, effective long individual associates his personal success it. organization’s depends large extent valid use structures designed organizations regulate validity instruments how much they correspond goals and company’s business.
